In an NCAA College Bowl Confidence pool you select a winner for each game on the schedule.
Where a confidence pool differs from a Pick'Em pool is that you rank each game with a unique point value (using each point value
once). You then get the ranked "confidence" points for each correct pick. So if there are 35 games on the schedule you would
rank the games 1-35 as to your level of "confidence" of your pick (35 would be your most confident, 1 your least).
